Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 June 2026
Welcome to Z-Pay Swift. By creating an account, logging in, submitting a request, using a tracking link, applying as a partner/subadmin, or using any Z-Pay Swift service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these rules, do not use Z-Pay Swift services.
1. About Z-Pay Swift
Z-Pay Swift is a private digital support platform for wallet balance, mobile top-up, bundle request, bKash/Nagad request, request tracking, receipt viewing, partner/subadmin tools, and related support services. Z-Pay Swift helps users create and track service requests through a secure user panel and tracking link.
2. Eligibility
- You must provide accurate account, phone, email, location, and request information.
- You must use your own account and must not create fake, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized accounts.
- You must be allowed to use digital request, wallet, top-up, or payment support services in your location.
- Z-Pay Swift may refuse, review, suspend, or close any account if the account appears suspicious or violates these terms.
3. Account registration and verification
Account registration may require phone OTP, PIN setup, password setup, GPS/location verification, IP/security checks, and admin review. Z-Pay Swift may block registration if required verification is not completed.
- OTP must be verified before account creation or sensitive actions.
- Location permission may be required to determine the correct pricing country and prevent fee abuse.
- If GPS, IP, phone country, pricing country, or risk data does not match, the account may be placed under review.
- Accounts under review may not be allowed to login, transact, or submit requests until approved.
4. Phone country and pricing country
Z-Pay Swift separates phone country from pricing country.
- Phone country is used for phone validation and OTP/SMS delivery only.
- Pricing country is used for wallet currency, fee, commission, local/international mode, and service pricing.
- Using a Bangladesh phone number does not automatically qualify a user for Bangladesh/local pricing.
- If your verified market/location is Malaysia, Malaysia pricing and MYR/RM wallet rules may apply even if your phone number is from Bangladesh.
- If your verified market/location is Bangladesh, Bangladesh pricing and BDT wallet rules may apply.
5. Account roles
Z-Pay Swift may provide different account roles with different permissions and fee/commission rules.
- User: can use allowed services, submit requests, view own balance, and track own history.
- Retailer: may receive different service limits, fee rules, or commission rules.
- Subadmin/Partner: may create/manage users under their account, use partner tools, API keys, wallet tools, and request history based on permission.
- Admin: can manage users, wallet, service settings, request status, account review, and security actions.
6. User responsibilities
- Keep your password, PIN, OTP, session, API key, and tracking link secure.
- Check receiver number, operator/provider, amount, fee, and reference before confirming any request.
- Do not share your OTP, PIN, password, or account access with anyone.
- Do not use VPN, proxy, fake GPS, fake identity, or wrong country information to get incorrect pricing or fee benefits.
- Contact support quickly if you submit wrong information or notice unauthorized activity.
7. Wallet balance, add balance, and deduction
Wallet balance is used to submit eligible requests. Balance currency depends on the account pricing country and account configuration.
- For Bangladesh pricing accounts, wallet balance may be handled in BDT.
- For Malaysia pricing accounts, wallet balance may be handled in MYR/RM.
- Balance add, deduction, transfer, and ledger history may be recorded with amount, currency, note, reference, sender, receiver, and balance before/after.
- Admin/subadmin wallet actions may require OTP or approval before completion.
- Wallet balance is not a bank account and may only be used for Z-Pay Swift supported services.
8. Top-up, bundle, and bKash/Nagad requests
When you submit a top-up, bundle, bKash, or Nagad request, you are responsible for checking all details before confirmation. Z-Pay Swift may process requests automatically or manually depending on service type, provider availability, worker availability, account status, and admin/subadmin review.
- Wrong number, wrong provider, wrong operator, wrong amount, or wrong reference may cause failure or delay.
- Some requests may show Pending or Processing while waiting for manual/admin action.
- Successful requests may not be reversible once processed by the provider or operator.
- Failed requests may be refunded according to the original debit record and wallet currency.
9. Fees, commission, and exchange rate
Fees, commissions, discounts, and exchange rates may vary by account role, pricing country, service type, provider, active configuration, and request amount.
- Malaysia pricing accounts may use MYR/RM fees and MYR to BDT exchange rates where applicable.
- Bangladesh pricing accounts may use BDT/local fee rules where applicable.
- Top-up commission, bundle commission, and request fees follow the active business rules set by Z-Pay Swift.
- Z-Pay Swift may update fees, rates, limits, and commission rules at any time.
10. Request status and tracking
Each request may receive a request ID, receipt ID, or tracking token. Tracking pages may show statuses such as Pending, Processing, Successful, Failed, Under Review, or similar user-friendly labels.
- Tracking information is provided for user convenience and support.
- Status updates may be delayed due to provider, network, manual review, or system issues.
- Do not share tracking links publicly if they contain request information.
11. Refund policy
Refunds are handled based on request type, request status, provider result, and original wallet debit record.
- If a request fails before successful processing, Z-Pay Swift may refund the exact eligible debit amount.
- Refund will normally be returned to the same wallet currency used for the original debit.
- Successful requests, completed top-ups, completed bundles, or completed bKash/Nagad actions may not be refundable.
- Wrong information submitted by the user may limit refund eligibility.
- Refund timing may depend on admin review, provider confirmation, and system logs.
12. Account review, suspension, and termination
Z-Pay Swift may review, restrict, suspend, reject, or close an account if there is suspicious activity, fake location, VPN/proxy abuse, duplicate account, wrong pricing country attempt, fraud risk, repeated OTP failure, unauthorized access, or violation of these terms.
13. Subadmin/partner and API rules
Subadmin/partner and API users must use Z-Pay Swift tools responsibly and only for authorized users and lawful requests.
- API keys and session tokens must be kept private.
- Subadmin-created users may inherit the subadmin pricing country and service rules.
- Unauthorized API calls, fake requests, excessive abuse, or credential sharing may cause API suspension.
- Z-Pay Swift may limit, disable, or revoke API/subadmin access when needed for security or abuse prevention.
14. Prohibited use
- Do not use Z-Pay Swift for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized transactions.
- Do not create accounts using fake identity, fake GPS, VPN/proxy abuse, or misleading country information.
- Do not attempt to bypass fees, limits, OTP, admin review, worker processing, or security checks.
- Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse Z-Pay Swift APIs or panels.
- Do not submit requests for numbers, wallets, or services you are not authorized to use.
15. Service availability
Z-Pay Swift may not always be available. Service may be delayed, paused, limited, or unavailable due to maintenance, provider issue, SMS gateway issue, Firebase/server issue, network issue, account review, or operational reasons.
16. Limitation of responsibility
Z-Pay Swift will try to process requests securely and accurately, but users are responsible for the information they submit. Z-Pay Swift is not responsible for losses caused by wrong receiver number, wrong amount, wrong provider, user mistake, shared OTP/PIN, unauthorized account access caused by user negligence, provider downtime, network failure, or force majeure events.
17. Privacy
Your use of Z-Pay Swift is also covered by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information needed for account access, request processing, tracking, security, and support.
18. Changes to terms
Z-Pay Swift may update these Terms & Conditions when services, fees, rules, security settings, country/pricing rules, or legal/business requirements change. The latest version will be available on the Z-Pay Swift website.
